“The present moment is the only moment available to us, and it is the door to all moments.”

We proudly participate with a variety of national and California-based insurance companies.
Our Admissions and Medical Teams will work directly with your insurance provider to determine your individual eligibility and benefits and so that you can access the appropriate care for your eating disorder as your move through your treatment and recovery process.
Please note: If you do not see your insurance provider represented below, we are happy to discuss the possibility of a Single Case Agreement in order to get you access to the care that you need.
Allow Central Coast Treatment Center to be your second home…
Our cozy, inviting space allows clients to feel safe and supported so they can open up and dig deeper, free from judgment or shame.
Our Admissions Process
Step 1
The first step on your path towards eating disorder recovery is to admit that you’re struggling and start looking for help and resources. You might have gotten to this point before. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to make these life-changing decisions. You’ve gotten this far, you have the strength.
The easiest way to reach us is to submit a contact form through our website, call us directly at (805) 752-1112, or to email info@centralcoasttreatmentcenter.com. If we don’t answer right away, someone from our Admissions Team will get back to you within 24 hours.
*Please note that our office operates on Pacific Time. If your situation is urgent, please contact your local hospital or the National Eating Disorder Hotline at 800-931-2237 to speak with someone right away who can get you the help you need.
Step 2
After our initial contact with you, we will confirm your insurance benefits and schedule a free phone assessment to determine what level of care is appropriate for you at this time and how we can best support you in your recovery.
We will then request the necessary medical information to begin your admissions process. Upon receipt of your medical clearance, our Admissions Nurse will review your records to ensure that we can treat you safely during your stay with us.
Step 3
The final step is yours to take. It involves you making a commitment to the treatment and recovery process, getting yourself to our doorstep (or into our Virtual Therapy Room), and once you do arrive, allowing us to be a part of your ongoing recovery journey.
We are always happy to schedule after-hour tours of the facility for those who wish to visit in-person prior to starting in the program.

April 2019
“Over time you start to realize that you are not an eating disorder and your true self is waiting to shine through. Going through treatment I can say that it won’t be easy, and it won’t be linear— there will be ups and downs. But with all the skills and tools that CCTC teaches you it is hard to go back to the place that you once were because you are so much stronger and empowered.”
